"All my memories of Welmar are the happiest. It was the most incredible home when I was single; commuting and travelling with work. Being so close to Clapham common tube remains incredible. It is such a light, peaceful space and I always felt so very safe coming back to the gated mews. Having then lived there again (a few years later) with an 8 year old, a husband and a dog (who loves being so close to the common) we enjoyed it in different ways. I will cry when it transacts!"
