“We can’t recommend Chelwood Partners enough. Rupert, Gemma and Ben are super friendly, straight forward, helpful and massively responsive – couldn’t have asked for more!”
– Carter, Altenburg Gardens
We founded Chelwood Partners to provide clients with a tailored approach to their property needs and to deliver a significantly higher level of service. We have exceptional prime residential knowledge and you will only ever deal with a Partner who has at least 15 years experience working within the industry.
Gemma has worked extensively in the prime and super prime residential markets of London. Before co-founding Chelwood Partners she was at Strutt & Parker in Knightsbridge for 13 years, and Lane Fox prior to that. Her specialism is on high value tenancies for super prime markets where she has successfully let properties to a wide range of clients including UHNWIs, senior corporate executives, families moving and relocating within London and private individuals looking for studio flats to large houses.
Ben grew up in Wandsworth and has worked as a residential sales and buying agent at Knight Frank within prime and super prime London. He has acted for multiple private and blue-chip clients during this time, successfully transacted on over £250m worth of property and has a wealth of market knowledge and industry contacts. Having worked on both sides of the property process, Ben is very well placed to advise clients on their current needs and future plans.
Rupert started his journey in property over 20 years ago at Portman Heritage, a high-end Marylebone estate agency. Having had a successful career in the film and television industry, before founding the social network, Streetlife.com (now NextDoor.com), he has returned to the agency world.
Lucy has worked in the property sector for over a decade, having begun her career in residential lettings at Savills within their south-west London offices. More recently, she has worked for a UK property developer which focused on high-end London and West country property developments.
After graduating from university, Katie worked at a leading London Estate Agency, before forging a career in the film business where she worked in marketing and PR for 10 years. Katie then left to raise a family in Wandsworth for the past 15 years. Katie has now decided to follow her passion and go back into property, where she can utilise her network and local knowledge.
After a decade working in the City, Andy then spent the next 15 years in property; the majority of which was at Savills, where he sold properties with a combined value of £425m. Keen to provide a bespoke service to both buyers and sellers alike, he has vast experience in all types of property and a wealth of local knowledge.
Veronica has spent over a decade working in lettings in central London. She established and headed up Tenancy Services for Strutt and Parker London as well as being Head of Property Management for a number of years. She has considerable experience in all aspects of lettings, providing the highest quality of service to Landlords and Tenants for any issues that arise during the course of a tenancy.
As an affiliated Partner, Harry’s focus is working within prime central London and Wandsworth where he has lived for the past two decades. He offers 20 years of experience in the residential property market and, most recently as a Partner of Strutt & Parker’s Chelsea office. Harry has a wealth of local knowledge, profound market intelligence and an extensive client network with an impressive track record.
